Rebounding Facts:

  • Rebounding provides an increased G-force (gravitational load), which benefits the body by strengthening the musculoskeletal systems.
  • Rebounding helps manage and control body composition and improves muscle-to-fat ratio.
  • Rebounding gradually improves your resting metabolic rate so that more calories are burned for hours after exercise.

What to bring, what to wear & what to expect

  • Make sure you fill in a risk acknowledgement form prior to class! You can do this on our  website under "RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM" or in the park when you arrive.
  • Arrive 15-20 minutes early to ensure you have enough time for check-in and to receive your mandatory safety briefing before class.
  • Bring water with you! You will need it! Only water is allowed on the deck but you can have other drinks so long as they are kept in your locker. There is a water fountain in the building but bottles are recommended so that you can keep it with you.
  • Sweat towels are highly recommended.
  • Wear athletic gear - and for people with longer hair, bring a hair tie!
  • You can jump barefoot or with gripper socks. If you don’t have your own gripper socks, you can purchase them at the front desk before class.
  • And lastly.. expect to HAVE FUN! These classes are all about making your exercise experience a truly enjoyable one.

Please note: The classes are available to those aged 13 years and over.

Class Schedule


Bouncercise is our 30 minute beginner class. This is perfect for anyone new to exercise or gym shy. All fitness levels are welcome.        

The class is cardio based with lots of jumping. You will learn basic trampoline moves, and for those who want to try harder moves there are options to do so. There is core work in the class which is made more fun by being on the trampolines, also some fun challenges and partner work too!      

Benefits of trampolining include high cardio workout, easy on joints and an excellent fat burner! The social aspects are amazing! Confidence boosting and the 'I can't believe I just did that' attitude!







Ryzercise is our 1 hour advanced class. This is the one for you if you want a challenge!    

The class is an all rounder with intense jumping while doing slightly harder moves. The core work we do will really focus on the stomach muscles and developing strength. Leg training! who doesn't love squats? Partner work will also be included in the class.    

Benefits of this class is that it is a full body workout. along with the fat burning and stamina that you will achieve by coming back every week.
